Have you ever felt hurt by someone but couldn't seem to get over the anger? Or did you fear approaching them to ask for their forgiveness?  At some point in our lives many of us struggle with the need to forgive but find we are blocked by anger and fear when we attempt to do so.  We also may discover how old resentments affect our food choices and the way we eat.  Please join us as we explore a proven method for seeking forgiveness from others and for ourselves and looking at creating healthy eating habits and wise food choices.  Register by signing up in the foyer or contacting the office (574-233-8004 or
