Come and learn how sound and rhythmic movement can lead us easily into

the steps of meditation - attention, concentration, and absorption -

to enliven our experience of the Divine Powers within us.

Dances of Universal Peace gather people together

in joyful interfaith circle dances that combine

simple folk dance movements and walking practices

with sacred songs and chants drawn from many spiritual traditions.
